We want to focus on our passion and our holiday homes. That’s why we decided to let someone else manage the restaurant. Thank you for everything and to all the lovely customers for these wonderful years. We still are at Bassiviere so we will be happy to meet you. We will miss you but we will leave you in the good hands of Paolo:

Cooking is a true passion for me, and that’s why I decided to make it my career. after more than 25 years of experience in catering, first as a bartender, then as a cook.
I have always been passionate about Italian and French gastronomy with an Asian touch. and that’s why I decided to join the Ferrandi school in Paris.
Living in the region since 2022, I worked alongside a starred chef.
Spring, 2024, for me it will be the time to take the big leap by taking over the Bassiviere restaurant.
